In this section, students complete different tasks that allow them to synthesize what they have learned in each instructional module. That is, learners work with authentic, multimodal materials, and they actively use the Spanish they have learned throughout the module. Our objective is not only to continue developing learners’ communication skills in the interpersonal, presentational, and interpretive modes, but also to offer them more information on social and cultural aspects of the Hispanic communities in Texas and the rest of the Spanish-speaking world. Usually, in Para terminar, students work with short movies and readings, and they gradually develop their digital project. In addition, they interact orally with their classmates in a variety of role plays (¡Conversemos!).
